HOUSTON

WOJCIECH KIC

founder & president

Throughout his 25+ year career Wojciech managed over 5,000 individually owned rent houses. After graduating from Spring Woods in Spring Branch, Wojciech earned a BA in Finance from the University of Houston, an MBA from Rice University, and a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, Wojciech taught Property Management as an adjunct instructor at Houston Community College for 10 years. He also wrote the LANDLORDING column for the EnRICHER, and published articles in The Houston Business Journal and The San Antonio Business Journal.

STEPHANIE S. JARRETT

Ms. Jarrett, a native of Richmond, Texas, holds a BA in Finance from the University of Houston and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Since opening in June 2011, Stephanie successfully finalized over 1,000 new leases on houses managed by MANAGERENTHOUSES.

SUZY LUNDQUIST

GENERAL MANAGER

A native Texan, Suzy Lundquist has 25 years’ experience in business marketing management and communications strategies. Earlier in her career, she was the Real Estate Editor and a Business Writer for The Fort Worth Star-Telegram. She is studying for a Real Estate License, working on a graduate degree at the University of Texas Arlington and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Texas.
